A newly created Company only offers English as a selectable language in Aurena, even though 4 languages exist and work fine in IEE — selecting and saving a different language in Aurena doesn't persist after logging back in. What resolves this?

From IEE, go to Refresh Server Cache and specifically refresh all the languages involved (not just a general cache refresh) — refreshing all 4 languages this way has resolved this exact symptom, making every language properly selectable and persistent in Aurena as well as IEE afterward.
