Check the browser app's own OS-level permissions rather than anything in Aurena or IFS itself — newer Android versions can restrict a browser app's camera access at the operating-system permission level, and once that permission is missing, the browser simply won't offer the camera option when Aurena requests media, without any error explaining why. Granting the browser app Camera permission in the device's own app-permission settings restores the camera option in Aurena's media/attachment picker.
