No — Android 4.4 is explicitly not supported. IFS Cloud Mobile Apps originally required Android 6 and up; current official support has moved to Android 9 and up (Android 6 devices may still work in practice, but aren't officially supported either). Devices stuck on Android 4.4 have no supported workaround short of replacing them with devices running a supported Android version.
