Searching an app store for 'Aurena' or 'IFS Cloud' to find the Aurena native mobile app (used for barcode scanning) doesn't return the right result — what should actually be searched for?

All FAQ questions / Mobile and service touch apps (MWO/MRO)

Answer

Search the app store for 'IFS SCAN iT' specifically — that's the actual published name of the Aurena native mobile scanning app, rather than 'Aurena' or 'IFS Cloud,' which won't surface it under that name.

Documentation-based answer. Confirm the product and release before applying it. This answer has not been verified in an IFS environment.
