A custom field added in Aurena via Page Designer shows correctly right after saving and publishing, but disappears again once the page design is closed and reopened — the Page Design itself still shows the field configured, and it's happening consistently across every page in the instance (while working fine in another instance for the same customer). Alternatively: a custom field that's confirmed working and visible in IEE never appears in Aurena's own List View Settings or Table View Settings at all, with no obvious configuration mistake.

Both symptoms point to the same class of stale-cache issue and share the same fix. Refresh the Language cache and the Dictionary cache from IEE first, then log into the Aurena client and clear two additional caches directly via the browser URL: append /main/ifsapplications/projection/ClearCache?METHOD=CLEAR_PROJECTION_CACHE&VALUE=* after the 'main' segment of your Aurena URL and hit Enter (it returns nothing, which is expected), then separately append /main/ifsapplications/web/server/clearmetadatacache the same way. If custom fields still aren't showing correctly in Aurena after all of that, consult IFS's Aurena attribute-configuration troubleshooting documentation for further steps, since a persistent instance-wide symptom like this (versus a working sibling instance) usually points to one of these caches being specifically out of sync.
