As someone new to IFS, where do you actually find Page Designer within the application?
A bug prevents removing or modifying custom Navigator tree nodes on a specific release (with the fix only landing in a later release) — is there a way to reinitialize or reset the Navigator tree as a workaround in the meantime?
Is it possible to add the same Aurena bookmark to two different bookmark groups at once? Adding it to a second group seems to just move it out of the first group instead of adding it to both.
Trying to use an aggregate function (like MIN with GROUP BY) in a Lobby Data Source Designer's SQL isn't actually filtering the results down — for example, expecting only the minimum Route step number per group to show, but every step still appears in the output.
A new attribute was added to an existing Custom Logical Unit that's already used as a Custom Page item on a standard page (like Part Master Data) — the earlier attributes show up fine, but the newly added one doesn't appear on the page.
A standard/built-in Aurena navigator entry (like the default My Self Service lobby) can't be edited or redirected to point at a different, custom lobby — the target page shows as not editable in the Navigator Designer. Is this a permanent limitation, or does it get fixed?
Some basic functionality that works fine in IEE doesn't behave the same way in Aurena — for example, being able to set an ending date on a record in IEE, but the equivalent field isn't editable in Aurena.
Building a navigation URL to jump straight into an Aurena page's embedded List with a specific filter already applied (for example, only showing Confirmed-status absence requests) — the page-level filter panel doesn't expose the field needed (like Status), so the filter has to be applied to the underlying List itself instead.
A field that's mandatory in IEE (like Document Number when creating a Document Revision) isn't enforced as mandatory in Aurena — how do you make a field required in Aurena to match the IEE behavior?
A Custom Logical Unit needs to be added to an existing Aurena page as a custom tab that behaves like its own form/detail page (not a list) — after adding the entity, there doesn't seem to be a way to define the binding to the parent record the way List-type tabs support.
Is it possible to modify/reorganize the grouped fields shown in Aurena's main search/filter area — for example, grouping fields together differently than how they're currently laid out?
A custom field added in Aurena via Page Designer shows correctly right after saving and publishing, but disappears again once the page design is closed and reopened — the Page Design itself still shows the field configured, and it's happening consistently across every page in the instance (while working fine in another instance for the same customer). Alternatively: a custom field that's confirmed working and visible in IEE never appears in Aurena's own List View Settings or Table View Settings at all, with no obvious configuration mistake.
A Custom Menu's condition works fine when defined against a single language (checking that STATE isn't 'Planned'), but as soon as translated versions of that same condition are added for multiple languages, the custom menu stops appearing at all.
Trying to build a Lobby Data Source using an INTERSECT query (pulling from the same view twice with two different sets of matching criteria) works perfectly in SQL Developer, but Lobby Data Source Designer can't be made to accept it.
Two standard tabs that exist on the Supplier screen in Apps10 EE are completely missing in Aurena — is this a bug, an oversight, or intentional?
Clicking a 'select all' control on an Aurena list only selects the currently-loaded/visible rows (for example, the first 24), not the full result set — with hundreds of rows, manually scrolling/clicking to load more before selecting all becomes impractical.
A customer needs one Aurena lobby to navigate to a second lobby, passing a couple of field values from the first lobby to filter the data shown in the destination lobby — this kind of lobby-to-lobby parameter passing doesn't seem to be working.
Aurena Lobby-to-Lobby navigation parameter passing fails specifically when the source value comes from a custom field whose name contains a dollar sign (like a custom field internally named with a CF$ prefix) — the navigation seems to misinterpret the '$' character and the actual value never gets passed correctly.
Is it possible to fully delete a Page Configuration (not just remove its content), so it no longer exists at all?
Is there a way to edit or delete a single bookmark inside an Aurena Bookmark Group, without removing the entire group?
In Aurena's Absence Calendar dialog (used by managers reviewing leave requests), clicking a confirmed leave entry shows 'Cancel Confirmation' as the visible action button, while the more commonly-needed 'Approve' action is buried behind the '...' (three-dot) menu — is there a way to change the button order/priority so Approve shows as the visible button instead?
Building an Aurena Lobby element's navigation URL to jump to another page with a filter based on a Lobby page parameter (following IFS's own documented syntax) opens the correct page, but the parameter's literal placeholder text (like $Customer$) shows up unfiltered/unsubstituted instead of the actual value.
Is it possible to visually group a set of custom fields together inside a labeled group box on a standard screen (like Supplier), rather than having them scattered as individual fields?
Is there a way to get distinct/de-duplicated values out of a LOV in Aurena — for example, grouping the LOV's results by a specific field to eliminate duplicate entries?
In IFS Cloud, the Record Selector automatically loads more records once you scroll/reach the end of the list, but standard List views only offer a manual 'Show more' button that has to be clicked repeatedly for lists with hundreds of records — is there a setting to turn on the same automatic-loading behavior for standard lists?
Is it possible to reference the same Logical Unit as an entity across multiple different custom Aurena projections?
Passing a value into an Aurena custom page through its declared 'initcontext' parameter (as documented for page development) via the URL doesn't work — appending the parameter as a normal query-string value (?ParamName=value) results in an empty/unset value inside the page.
The generic 'Operation was performed successfully' confirmation message that appears after a custom-defined menu action runs successfully has to be individually suppressed per action, per user (via a 'Do Not show this again' checkbox each time) — is there a way to disable this message at a system level for everyone, instead of relying on each user to click through it for every custom menu action?
How do you actually set up conditional cell/row formatting in the client (changing a cell's background colour based on its value or status), the kind sometimes shown in community demo videos?
An Aurena List or Group added to a page (for example, a custom tab showing related data on a parent screen, or an embedded list meant to show only records for a specific parent record) either shows every record instead of being filtered to the current parent, or shows completely empty for every record — even though the underlying data and entity association are set up correctly.
In IEE, a Custom Menu of type 'PL/SQL Block' lets you paste raw PL/SQL directly into a field with no database deployment step — is there an equivalent pure-configuration way to add custom logic to an Aurena screen, without deploying an actual database method first, and is this something planned for a future release?
A custom field's translations (entered and confirmed working in Enterprise Explorer's Custom Field Translation) don't apply when the same field is shown in Aurena — the field displays correctly in English but never shows the translated text there, even though EE shows the translation fine.
As an Aurena user, exporting a list to Excel doesn't show any visible confirmation that the export is actually running — is there a way to get feedback that it's in progress, and can you safely navigate to another screen or tab while the export runs, or will doing so interrupt it?
How do you make a Page Designer-configured section/group fully hidden, rather than just collapsed-by-default while still being expandable by the user?
In Aurena's List view, you can choose which fields are shown via a column/field picker — but the same option doesn't appear to exist for Card view. Is there a way to change which fields display on a Card?
Is there a plan to deprecate the 'Execute Online SQL' Event Action type in IFS Cloud, similar to how the query builder was redesigned to use REST APIs instead?
Is there a way to combine data from two or more views/tables in a Lobby Data Source (IFS9), since the View box only seems to accept a single view and comma/semicolon-separating multiple views in it doesn't work, and putting a JOIN condition into the Where box doesn't work either?
In Aurena, is there a simpler way to show the display name/description of an ID-type field (instead of just the raw ID) without having to create a custom field every time — since sometimes the name value is technically already available as a field, just not shown?
EE has a 'Send To' function that lets you send a notification linked to a specific IFS object (like a Customer Order) directly to a colleague — is there an equivalent function in IFS Cloud/Aurena?
