A Lobby element's navigation link to a linked/child Lobby currently only passes one parameter through, like a Project ID — is it possible to pass a second parameter, like a Resource ID, through to the same linked Lobby at the same time?

Yes — add each additional parameter directly onto the same navigation URL as its own extra query segment, for example appending a second &&PARAM_NAME=$PARAM_VALUE$-style segment onto the existing ifswin: navigation link alongside the first parameter, rather than assuming only one parameter can be chained through at a time. Each parameter placeholder resolves to its corresponding value from the master Lobby's own current data context at the moment the navigation happens, so multiple parameters can be passed through together this way.
