A Matrix Lobby element correctly shows thousand-separator-formatted numbers (using a TO_CHAR format mask) at the Data Source Designer level, but the same comma-separated formatting doesn't carry through into the actual Element Designer/rendered view — only the raw unformatted number displays there.
A List Element built directly from a Data Source with per-part detail rows shows the same site name repeated for every Part Number row, instead of one single summarized row per site with an aggregated total (e.g. a percentage counted this year) — the Matrix Element doesn't have room for all the needed columns either. How do you get one aggregated row per site instead of the detail repeating?
Is it possible to pass parameters into an External Navigation Link's URL in Aurena, to open an external report/page with a value taken from the current Aurena page?
A Custom Page is correctly available as a navigation target for a new Aurena Command on another window, and shows up correctly in the target-page dropdown — but when configuring which page attributes to pass through as navigation parameters, the attributes dropdown for that custom page shows nothing at all.
Does Aurena have an equivalent to the 'Change Global Company' function available in older clients, for switching which Company's data is being viewed?
Trying to build a custom RMB/jump from a standard window, like Purchase Order, into the Report Archive window fails to find any usable data-source/form name for Report Archive, since its System Info comes back completely empty.
A Lobby List Element needs to show only the top 10 highest-quantity product families per site, similar to the TOP-N option available on Bar/Pie chart elements, but the Data Source Designer doesn't offer a way to wrap the whole query in a subquery with a ROWNUM filter, and using a FETCH clause directly at the end of the query isn't accepted either. Is there another way to achieve a TOP-N-style result in a List Element?
In IEE, the About page shows the exact IFS version — is there an equivalent screen in Aurena to check the version being used?
A Lobby data set for Distribution Orders already shows which warehouses hold available quantity for each part, via a LISTAGG-based column, but is it possible to filter the whole data set down to only specific named warehouses?
A Lobby Data Source's Condition SQL uses `... AND LOCATION_NO NOT IN ('CODE1', 'CODE2', 'CODE3')` to exclude specific inventory locations, but instead of excluding just those locations, the query unexpectedly returns no rows at all.
Adding a custom field to a specific Aurena page works fine on most pages, but on one particular page, backed in IEE by one specific Logical Unit, Page Designer won't let a new custom attribute be added to that page's Content at all. Is there a general limitation on which pages/lists support custom attributes?
Is it possible to include a specific Configuration Context Scope ID directly in a navigation link, so the link opens a specific scoped version of a page and overrides whatever context-scope conditions would otherwise apply?
A custom field added to Customer Order Line, published in IEE with its Visible property checked, doesn't show up in Aurena's Customer Order Lines table view even though it's saved. What's the fix?
A Lobby chart element's data source is an IAL, and users want to click a segment of the chart, like a specific year/week, to drill down into the full underlying detail records for that segment — is there a way to build this kind of drill-down directly to the IAL or an Information Source query?
A Lobby element's navigation link to a linked/child Lobby currently only passes one parameter through, like a Project ID — is it possible to pass a second parameter, like a Resource ID, through to the same linked Lobby at the same time?
Custom fields added to the Attributes tab of a Custom Logical Unit display alphabetically, but when the same fields are added to a Custom Page, the columns appear in a seemingly arbitrary order. How is the actual display order of columns on a custom page controlled?
How can users export table contents to Excel from within Aurena?
Adding a custom field that needs to pull a value from a different, related object, for example showing a Purchase Order header's Coordinator field on the Project Miscellaneous Parts screen, doesn't work using the usual Reference implementation type, since Reference-type custom fields can't reach across to an unrelated object this way. How is this kind of cross-object custom field actually built?
Is it possible to place a link to another Lobby within a Lobby, so clicking through from one Lobby navigates into a second, related Lobby, filtered based on values from the first?
A Lobby Element's Navigation is configured to take the user to a Saved Search that uses Sum and Grouping, but clicking through from the Lobby drops the Sum/Grouping and just shows the plain underlying screen. Is this a limitation of Lobby navigation, or is there additional configuration needed?
Is there a limit on the number of rows that can be added under DB/Client values within a Custom Enumeration? An error starts appearing after adding a certain number of rows to a long custom enumeration list.
A Page Group created via Aurena Page Designer, which turned out not to be needed, has no visible delete option, its delete icon simply isn't shown, and it's unclear which page or element it might still be attached to. How is a Page Group like this actually removed?
A Lobby Counter element's drill-down loads every record from the underlying table, instead of just the ones matching the filtered SQL behind that specific element — even though the same drill-down pattern works correctly on other lobbies built the same way.
Updating a Lobby via EE's Lobby Overview configuration mode used to take effect on the corresponding Aurena page immediately, but on a more recent Update, Aurena changes made this way no longer show up on the Aurena side at all.
A Lobby Data Source column uses a CASE expression to display a custom, business-meaningful sort order for a status value (like Blocked, Planned, Released, in a specific sequence rather than alphabetically), and an equivalent Quick Report sorts correctly this way, but the same CASE-derived alias in a Lobby Data Source just sorts alphabetically instead.
Is it possible for an end user to move a tab to a different position, for example moving the last tab to the first position, on a standard Enterprise Explorer form?
In IEE, a Lobby element can 'postback' filter parameters to another element on the same lobby page by passing them in the query string, and clicking one element correctly filters a second one. What's the equivalent 'Web Access URL Address' syntax to achieve the same postback-with-filters behavior in Aurena?
How can multiple elements be placed together inside a single container ('green box') in Lobby design mode, rather than each new element automatically getting its own separate one-to-one container?
After using an Assistant to update values directly in the database, is there a way to refresh the current Aurena page's own screen URL so the updated field values show up, without a full manual browser refresh?
In Enterprise Explorer, it's possible to directly message/chat with a colleague via an RMB option on a screen. Is there an equivalent direct-messaging or chat feature within Aurena?
For a database-copy/restore automation script that needs to re-apply Aurena client-branding configuration (company logo/branding fields shown in a specific admin configuration screen) without going through the UI reconfiguration step every single time, where is this branding configuration actually stored in the database?
Is it possible to hide or make read-only specific fields on a standard screen like Customer Order for certain users, purely through configuration, without any actual customization?
A new Configuration Context/Scope created in Aurena can currently only be rolled out by default Company, but different business units sharing the same default Company need different screen styles. Is there a way to map a Configuration Context to something other than Company?
Pointing a Lobby Data Source at an IAL instead of a base table/view produces an error saying a column doesn't exist, even though that column exists in the original underlying tables the IAL was built from.
Is there a way to search the database for which Lobbies (or Quick Reports, or Events) reference a specific database field, in order to analyze the impact of a planned change to that field?
A Lobby element built on an IAL data source, with navigation configured to use 'Use data source condition,' doesn't pass through the correct filtered value when clicked — the target window opens showing all data instead of just the clicked record, even though the same setup works correctly for non-IAL data sources.
Is there a way to control the precise pixel-level position and size of custom fields on a Custom Page or standard screen, rather than manually lining fields up one at a time using the little arrow buttons?
Is it possible to open IFS automatically at a specific Lobby page, in full-screen/kiosk mode, for a display-only PC with no mouse or keyboard connected (for example showing a work-order status board on a large TV)?
A direct IFS window URL, in the form `...Ifs.Fnd.Explorer.application?url=ifsapf%3AfrmName%3Faction%3Dget%26key1%3D12345`, works fine when used directly, but pasting it into a third-party tool like Microsoft Planner causes the tool to silently reformat the URL-encoded characters in a way that breaks the link when clicked.
