A Matrix Lobby element correctly shows thousand-separator-formatted numbers (using a TO_CHAR format mask) at the Data Source Designer level, but the same comma-separated formatting doesn't carry through into the actual Element Designer/rendered view — only the raw unformatted number displays there.

Rather than relying on a TO_CHAR-formatted string value (which the Element Designer doesn't respect for numeric display formatting), set that column's data type to Currency directly in the Lobby Data Source configuration — Currency-typed columns get their thousand-separator formatting applied automatically in the Element Designer/rendered Lobby view, which a plain formatted-string column does not.
