A saved 'Search in Context' (created directly within a page's embedded table search, below the header) needs to be shared with other users or written into process documentation — the usual 'share with colleagues' option isn't available for it the way it is for a normal saved search.

Search in Context searches (and pop-up dialog sub-searches) can't be shared or exported the way regular saved searches can — this is a confirmed platform limitation, not a missing permission. For documentation purposes, the practical workaround is describing the search criteria in writing and/or including a screenshot, rather than trying to share the saved search object itself.
