Is it possible to add help text to a custom page — there's an option called 'Custom Help' under the Help menu, but it's not clear how to actually use it?
Is it possible to hide a specific tab on a standard page in Aurena on Apps10 — for example, the 'No Parts Lines' tab on the Purchase Order window?
After updating the Branding options with new logo and background image URLs and restarting the servers, the login screen's title text changes correctly, but the default IFS logo and background image still show — the new images can't be found.
Is there a way to hide specific menu items in the Shop Floor Workbench menu — Page Designer doesn't seem to show an obvious option for it?
Is it possible to add a user-selectable filter to a Lobby, so users can change what data shows in the Lobby's elements based on a value they pick, particularly when the filter needs to be based on a custom field?
A Lobby Data Source of type SQL supports adding a condition to filter its results, but a Data Source of type Info Source doesn't show an equivalent condition field — is there a way to pass parameters (like Project ID and Sub-Project ID) into an Info-Source-type Lobby Data Source at all?
Is it possible to place a custom button somewhere other than the page header — for example, attached to a specific tab, rather than in the top command-group area?
A 'Number of Rows to Fetch' selector has been spotted on a tab overview in one Aurena environment, letting users pull more than the standard 24 rows (up to 960) — but nobody at that organization knows how it was enabled, and it can't be found in other environments on what's believed to be the same release. What release actually introduced this, and how is it enabled?
A Lobby filter condition using a literal '%' wildcard character (like UPPER(ITEM_DESCRIPTION) LIKE NVL(UPPER('%$CPF_NOME$%'),'%')) works correctly in IEE but doesn't return results in Aurena — removing the '%' characters makes it work in Aurena, but then it's no longer a partial/contains-style match.
Aurena's navigation search doesn't find a page when searching for a substring in the middle of its name (for example, in Chinese, searching a term that's part of the page's full name doesn't match, even though a different substring does) — is this a bug specific to Chinese?
A custom Aurena page has a Group element with a Selector working correctly, but there's no Search/Filter option shown when the Group is the main page content — is there a way to add filtering so users don't have to scroll through thousands of records to find one?
In Page Designer, trying to add a new List content element on a custom Aurena page shows an empty dropdown with no values to select from, even though the projection and page configuration were both set up correctly.
How do you build an Aurena page for a Custom Logical Unit that behaves like a form (showing one record's full details at a time), rather than a list showing multiple records at once?
A Custom Action containing PL/SQL logic doesn't appear as a selectable option in the ExecuteAction element when configuring a custom button in Page Designer, even though the projection it was built in is confirmed to exist.
Is it possible to have a single Lobby parameter accept more than one value at once — for example, letting a user filter for two different Sites by entering both into one parameter, instead of the Lobby only ever supporting one value per parameter?
A Lobby parameter using the built-in default-site placeholder works fine as a default filter value, but the equivalent placeholder for a user's default coordinator doesn't work at all, even though a default coordinator has been properly defined for the user.
How do you change the default 'Filter By' option on the Shop Floor Workbench page — attempts to change it directly on the page itself don't stick?
Is it possible to add extra columns to an existing Record Selector in IFS Cloud as a configuration change, so users can see more information when picking a record, without a code change?
In IEE's Lobby Element Designer, building a page link with conditions (so clicking a row opens the right record on another page) was straightforward once you knew the page ID and the condition syntax — what's the equivalent approach for linking to an Aurena page from a Lobby data source, ideally generating the conditions automatically from the data source's own columns rather than hand-writing them?
A user suddenly starts getting an 'Index was outside the bounds of the array' error in the client, with no obvious trigger.
Under User Profiles > Profile Content in IEE, the ifsweb folder's Aurena destination-page rows show an 'Entry' column on the right — is there documentation listing what values are valid to manually enter there?
Conditional field actions (rules that set a field's behavior based on a condition) seem to apply in alphabetical order by default — is there a way to control the actual evaluation order instead?
How do you provide a translation for a custom field's prompt/label so it displays correctly for users on a different loaded language, since the field was originally created in one language?
Some Lobby pages that exist in the older EE client (like a Document Management lobby) don't show up at all in Aurena, even though nothing seems to have been deleted — how do you get a lobby page like this to appear in Aurena?
Aurena's search defaults to 'Starts With' rather than 'Contains' for record searches — is there a way to change this default search type, at least globally?
In IEE, you could configure a page to automatically run a specific saved search (with its own filters and sort order) every time it opened, from the page's Properties in the Nav Tree — is there an equivalent way to control an Aurena page's default startup search and sort order?
Is it possible to remove a standard field's pre-filled default value using Page Designer (on IFS Cloud), so the field starts out empty when creating a new record instead of automatically populating with a default?
Trying to remove a core lobby (or an element within one) from Aurena fails because the Remove option is greyed out/disabled, even though the same lobby isn't available in IEE to edit from there instead.
A saved 'Search in Context' (created directly within a page's embedded table search, below the header) needs to be shared with other users or written into process documentation — the usual 'share with colleagues' option isn't available for it the way it is for a normal saved search.
Printing from Aurena on Apps10 only shows printers that are set up within IFS in the printer dropdown — local printers installed on the user's own machine aren't listed, even though the same local printers do show up when printing the same way from IEE.
Is there a way to filter using multiple acceptable values in a single field within Query Designer (equivalent to a SQL IN clause, like state IN ('Released', 'Delivered')) — this option doesn't seem to exist in the filter panel on IFS Cloud 21R2?
A custom Command Group (configured in Aurena to go to a different page and pass a field as a parameter) needs to exist identically across several different page contexts — is there a way to replicate it automatically to all contexts instead of rebuilding it in each one by hand?
Is there a table that holds all the messages/notifications sent to users via IFS's internal notification (To Do/message) functionality?
Is it possible to add a custom button to the Shop Floor Workbench screen?
Is it possible to attach a LOV (list of values) to a standard free-text entry field through application configuration, without creating a custom field instead?
Trying to build a Lobby Data Source that references a specific API function to pull a column shown in the client (for example, calling an API's Get_Transaction_QTY-style function matching a column label seen on screen) fails because that function doesn't actually exist on the API.
Is there a way to make links on My Start Page open in a new IFS window automatically, the way the right-click 'Open in New Window' option works from the main menu bar?
A custom Aurena page (built with its own Projection Configuration and Page Configuration) doesn't show up correctly when trying to add it as an entry in the Navigator Designer.
Can a WHERE clause be added to a standard field's LOV to filter out certain values (for example, hiding disabled/blocked basic data entries that can't be deleted) — without creating a custom LOV, saved search, or template?
No questions match. Try a broader term or reset the filters.
