A user's line-detail section on a screen (e.g. Sub-Contract lines) has been dragged down to a minimized/collapsed height, and hovering over the splitter between sections no longer gives any way to drag it back open — how do you restore it without resetting the user's whole profile?

Answer

This is a saved splitter position stored in that user's personal profile for that specific screen, not a broken UI — locate the relevant window entry in the user's Personal Profile, find and increase the saved splitter/section position value there directly, then refresh the cache. That restores the visible height of the collapsed section without needing to reset any other part of the user's profile.
