There isn't a built-in way to force a full page reload purely by revisiting the same page's own URL in Aurena — R&D doesn't currently have a mechanism to refresh the whole page that way. Instead, use LU Dependencies on the relevant Command Action, the same mechanism used elsewhere for post-action refresh, to trigger a refresh of the specific Entitysets/data actually affected by the assistant's database update, rather than trying to reload the entire page via its own URL.
