No — this isn't a bug or specific to Chinese; Aurena's navigation search isn't true fuzzy/substring search in the sense of matching any partial fragment anywhere within a name — it's designed to match on complete search terms, and this same behavior is consistent across other languages too, not something unique to Chinese-language environments.
