This depends on the release — Aurena custom commands originally didn't support triggering operational reports at all; that capability was added starting with IFS Cloud 21R2. On an earlier release without this support, the practical workaround (if the classic/IEE client is still available) is to add a custom menu item there instead, since custom menus in the classic client can invoke operational reports directly. On 21R2 and later, this is natively supported through Aurena custom commands and no classic-client workaround is needed.
