Yes, but not through Page Designer — a selector's structure is recorded at the Navigator level, not the page level, since each entry is really its own page. Navigator Designer won't let you drag-and-drop reorder existing entries directly; instead you have to hide the existing entries and recreate them in your preferred order. It's supported in both Aurena and IFS Cloud, just awkward.
