Is it possible to show or hide a field based on which user (or user group) is logged in, using a Page Designer Visible condition expression directly?
Can I hide a standard field or column from certain users while still letting other users see it, without a full client customization?
Is there a supported way to hide one of IFS Cloud's standard columns from a list, beyond what column chooser already offers?
Why can't I add a custom field to a screen that's based on a virtual logical unit (LU), and is there a workaround?
Can I reorder the entries shown in an Aurena/Cloud selector (like the options that appear when you drill into a status/category field)?
Can a Table View page show column subtotals (e.g. a sum of a numeric field) at the bottom of the list, rather than just per-record values?
IFS Cloud's Large Parameters mechanism stores oversized action payloads temporarily in FndTempLobs, but the data disappears after roughly an hour or two. Can that retention window be extended?
'Use grouping' is enabled on a field, but thousand separators still don't show for some numbers. Why?
I created a Page Designer context that hides fields for a subset of users, published it, and mapped it to a user/group via Context Configuration Mappings, but the user doesn't see any change when they log in. What am I missing?
Is it possible to move the Attachment panel to a different position on an Aurena/Cloud page in Page Designer?
Can a Lobby element use a custom background image from a URL instead of the built-in options?
After upgrading from Apps9 to IFS Cloud, some Lobby Elements that were migrated over don't show a Save button in the element designer even after making changes. Bug or by design?
A Lobby counter/list element configured to navigate to a page using 'Use Datasource Condition' isn't actually filtering by the datasource condition when clicked — it just opens the target page unfiltered. What's wrong?
Why can't I add a custom field to a particular view/window (for example one belonging to a localization or add-on component) — the usual '+' custom-field option just doesn't appear, and the Logical Unit field isn't even auto-filled?
Is there a way to make an Aurena/Cloud table default to being sorted by a specific column (e.g. descending by Start Date) when a page opens, using Advanced Search rather than a page-startup condition?
A translation was added for a custom field, and the language cache was refreshed, but the custom field's label still doesn't show up translated on the screen (while every standard field translates correctly). What's missing?
How do I build a lobby navigation link that filters the target page down to a specific record or the current user's own context (e.g. navigating to a Time Authorization page filtered to the logged-in employee), rather than opening the page unfiltered?
Is there a setting in IFS Cloud/Aurena to control the date display format (e.g. DD/MM/YYYY vs MM/DD/YYYY)?
In an Aurena/Cloud overview table, a field with multiline text used to display all its line breaks directly in the table cell, but now it renders as a single line. Is this a bug, or an intentional change, and how do I actually see the full multiline content?
Can the standard Attachments section/button on a page be hidden for specific users or contexts through Page Designer, the same way most other page elements can be?
The '+' button used to add a command to a list's Command Group is missing on some pages, even though other similar lists show it fine. Where did it go?
Can a Page Designer Visible condition use dynamic date arithmetic (like 'more than a year before today') rather than only a hardcoded static date, so a button's visibility doesn't need manual updating over time?
The Import Page button on the Lobbies overview page is missing in one environment (e.g. Stage) but present in another (e.g. Test) for the same user. What permission controls it?
Clicking a link inside a detail (single-record) window in Aurena doesn't do anything on some browser versions, even though the exact same kind of link works fine inside a table/list window — right-click 'Open in new window' does work, but that's not a great everyday workflow.
A lobby navigation URL with a single $filter condition works fine, but adding a second condition (e.g. an AND clause for the current user) makes the link fail with a malformed-URI error, even though the parentheses all balance correctly.
Is it possible to update the target URL on an existing ExternalNavigationLink-type Command Button through Page Designer, without deleting and recreating the button?
Is there a way in Aurena/IFS Cloud to send a direct message or task ping to another user, so it shows up in their Notifications (NotifyMe) and alerts them?
A reference lookup/display field was configured to show a concatenated display reference, but it doesn't actually appear in the popup search box the way it should.
A lobby navigation URL's $filter includes an enumeration comparison (e.g. Objstate eq $[SomeValue]), and the target page complains about a malformed filter (though closing the error and re-searching manually still returns the right data). What's wrong with the filter syntax?
Can a personal Lobby element (one added just to my own lobby view) be shared with other users, rather than every user having to recreate it themselves?
Aurena search screens are supposed to remember which search fields you last used and keep them selected the next time you open the same screen, but for one screen it seems to reset every time, forcing the same field to be re-selected repeatedly. Is that expected?
Error/Warning/Information popup messages in the bottom-right corner of an Aurena page fade out within a second or two — often too fast to actually read the message. Is there a way to keep it visible longer?
In a Lobby List element, some columns show their values right-aligned and others left-aligned, with no visible alignment setting to control it — why the inconsistency, and how do you fix a column that's aligned the 'wrong' way?
Is there an alternative to Conditional Formatting (highlighting a field/row based on its value) in Aurena, the way older IFS clients supported it?
23R1 introduced a new command type called 'CommandRef' when adding commands to a Command Group, but it isn't covered anywhere in the technical documentation or community. What does it actually do?
A large multi-line text field displays fine in a form/detail view (where hovering shows the full content in a popup), but the same field shown as a column in an Aurena table view can't be expanded to see its full multi-line content the same way.
A List of Values on a dynamically-added/custom control-type column is visible while Page Designer is open for editing, but disappears (the LOV just isn't available) once Page Designer is closed and the page is viewed normally. What would cause an LOV to only work in edit mode?
Is there a System Parameter that removes the time-of-day portion from date fields site-wide, so users only see and enter a date, not a date-and-time?
A Lobby List element's data source (built on a SQL query) successfully previews data in the Data Source Designer, but the actual Lobby element on the page shows nothing at all — no error, just an empty element.
