Clicking a link inside a detail (single-record) window in Aurena doesn't do anything on some browser versions, even though the exact same kind of link works fine inside a table/list window — right-click 'Open in new window' does work, but that's not a great everyday workflow.

This was a confirmed platform bug tied to a browser compatibility issue affecting links specifically inside detail windows (not table windows), and it was fixed in later Service Updates across the affected release lines. Until you're on an SU that includes the fix, right-click and 'Open in new window' is the only reliable way to follow a link from a detail window; check your current SU's release notes or ask Support whether your version already has the fix if this is still happening.
