Not as of the point this was checked — while the underlying Streams functionality that EE's 'Send To' is built on is available in IFS Cloud, the actual 'Send To'-style feature (sending a link to a specific object directly to a colleague through Streams) hadn't been implemented in Aurena yet. There was no confirmed R&D timeline for adding it; raising it as an IFS Ideation request is the way to push for it if this is a genuine gap for your organization moving from EE to Aurena.
