How do you find the actual list of Base Profiles at the database level, when System Info doesn't show a relevant view and the obvious profile-related tables only list profiles that happen to be assigned to at least one user?

Answer

Query CLIENT_PROFILE filtered to WHERE owner IS NULL — Base Profiles are the rows in that table with no owner, while Personal Profiles have a specific user as their owner. This is more complete than checking FNDRR_USER_CLIENT_PROFILE_TAB, since that table only shows a profile if it's actually been assigned to a user — a Base Profile that exists but hasn't been assigned to anyone yet won't appear there, but will still show up correctly in the CLIENT_PROFILE WHERE owner IS NULL query. From there, join to other profile-related tables using the common Profile_ID column to pull whatever additional detail is needed.
