In Aurena's Absence Calendar dialog (used by managers reviewing leave requests), clicking a confirmed leave entry shows 'Cancel Confirmation' as the visible action button, while the more commonly-needed 'Approve' action is buried behind the '...' (three-dot) menu — is there a way to change the button order/priority so Approve shows as the visible button instead?

Answer

This isn't currently possible — the command/button order shown on a calendar card can't be adjusted through Page Designer. If this is a genuine usability problem for your organization (for example, if managers should never see 'Cancel Confirmation' as a primary action), raising it as a support case/usability issue with IFS is the recommended path, since it isn't something fixable through configuration.
