In IFS Cloud, the Record Selector automatically loads more records once you scroll/reach the end of the list, but standard List views only offer a manual 'Show more' button that has to be clicked repeatedly for lists with hundreds of records — is there a setting to turn on the same automatic-loading behavior for standard lists?

No, this isn't currently configurable — the automatic-loading behavior seen in the Record Selector isn't available as an option for standard List views, which remain manual-'Show more'-only.
