When both are active, PageAutoSize takes precedence and overrides whatever explicit PageSize/PaperSize value is configured. If a fixed paper size is genuinely required, PageAutoSize should be left off (or set to no) rather than configuring both together, since having both set doesn't blend or average them — PageAutoSize simply wins.
