Is it possible to add help text to a custom page — there's an option called 'Custom Help' under the Help menu, but it's not clear how to actually use it?

Right-click on the custom page and select 'Configure Custom Help' from the context menu — that's the entry point for setting up custom help content for that page, rather than anything accessed through the general Help menu's 'Custom Help' option directly. IFS's Functional Documentation has a dedicated 'Configure Custom Help' section covering the detailed configuration steps once you've opened that dialog.
