Is it possible to place a link to another Lobby within a Lobby, so clicking through from one Lobby navigates into a second, related Lobby, filtered based on values from the first?

Yes — build the target (second) Lobby on its own dedicated Lobby Page, copy that page's own URL, and add that URL to a Link Element, or the Navigation section, on the source (first) Lobby. Parameters, such as a company code and employee number, can be added to the target Lobby's own data source configuration and passed through automatically from the source Lobby, letting the second Lobby's data be filtered based on values from the first one at the moment of navigation, the same way parameters pass between a Lobby and any other linked navigation target.
