Yes — ClickLearn sessions can be recorded for Aurena, whether using ClickLearn Studio or the newer cloud-based ClickLearn Attain. This requires installing the ClickLearn Chrome Connector browser extension (mandatory) in Google Chrome; the ClickLearn Chrome Assist extension is also available but optional. With the connector installed, recording an Aurena session works the same way as recording any other web-based application through ClickLearn.
