Is it possible to visually group a set of custom fields together inside a labeled group box on a standard screen (like Supplier), rather than having them scattered as individual fields?

This isn't possible in IEE — there's no custom-group-box capability there. It is possible in Aurena, though, where Page Designer supports adding a labeled group/container element and placing your custom fields inside it, giving you the grouped, labeled layout that isn't achievable in the older client.
