Is there a System Parameter that removes the time-of-day portion from date fields site-wide, so users only see and enter a date, not a date-and-time?

Answer

Rather than a global System Parameter, use the 'Show only date' (Showonlydate) setting on the specific field in Page Designer — this hides the time portion from both display and entry for that field, even though the underlying database value still technically stores a time component (defaulting to midnight). It's a per-field configuration rather than a single site-wide date/time switch.
