Is there a way to combine data from two or more views/tables in a Lobby Data Source (IFS9), since the View box only seems to accept a single view and comma/semicolon-separating multiple views in it doesn't work, and putting a JOIN condition into the Where box doesn't work either?

Answer

The Data Source Constructor's View box genuinely only supports one view at a time, so a raw multi-view JOIN can't be expressed there directly. Three practical alternatives: the Query Builder tool may support building this kind of combined query directly; creating an IAL that performs the join and using that single IAL as your Lobby's data source is a solid, well-supported option; or, as a last resort, creating an actual database view yourself that performs the join (not IFS's officially recommended approach, and technically not something IFS prevents you from doing on an on-premise environment you control — but this option isn't available at all if you're on IFS Cloud-hosted, since you don't have that level of direct database access there).
