Answer
At that point: Sticky/Yellow Notes had no equivalent in Aurena at all — if notes were being used to hold extra information tied to a record, Custom Fields were suggested as a practical substitute, though without the same 'in your face' visual prominence; existing stored Sticky Notes aren't removed during an upgrade, so the underlying data can still be extracted if needed, even without a direct migration path into an Aurena equivalent. General screen-level Conditional Formatting (as opposed to Lobby-element formatting, which does exist) was a known, acknowledged gap versus IEE, with prototyping work underway but no committed release. Keyboard shortcuts already existed to some degree in Aurena, with more being added incrementally in subsequent releases. Given this reflects a specific point in the product's roadmap, check current release notes for whether any of these gaps have since been closed before assuming they're still open.
