Standard fields can show a tooltip/help text on hover — is there a way to add similar help text to a Custom Field?

All FAQ questions / Platform, Aurena, and customization

Answer

No — IFS doesn't currently support tooltips or help text on Custom Fields, in either IEE or Aurena. This is a platform limitation rather than a missing configuration step, so there's no setting to enable it for a custom field the way standard fields have it.

Documentation-based answer. Confirm the product and release before applying it. This answer has not been verified in an IFS environment.
