The 'Lobby Overview' navigator entry doesn't show up in Aurena's navigator at all, even though the relevant permissions appear to be in place — what else could be hiding it?

Check the Navigator Designer entry for 'Lobby Overview' specifically — select that node and look at its property area for a 'Hidden' checkbox. If it's ticked, the entry is deliberately hidden from the navigator regardless of what permissions the user otherwise has; unticking it makes the entry visible again.
