This is intentional — those tabs are part of IFS Global Extension functionality, which wasn't available in the Aurena client on the Apps10 release line at all (Global Extension simply wasn't planned to be ported to Aurena for Apps10). However, IFS Cloud 21R1 brought Global Extension functionality into the core release, so if you're missing Global-Extension-based tabs specifically when comparing EE to Aurena, moving to (or being on) IFS Cloud 21R1 or later is what resolves the gap, rather than anything fixable through configuration on Apps10 itself.
