What do the various properties under a window's Base Profile 'Features' section (things like RemoveStandardMenu, UserDefinedMenu, HiddenMenuItems) actually control?

Answer

These are per-window properties, editable via RMB > Properties on the relevant screen. RemoveStandardMenu strips the window's standard RMB menu down to only the items common to all screens, hiding screen-specific items (like Print Order Confirmation on a Customer Order window). UserDefinedMenu shows or hides any custom menu items configured for that screen. HiddenMenuItems lets you selectively hide specific items from the standard menu (only relevant when RemoveStandardMenu is off). ReadOnly applies whatever columns are specified on the same properties dialog's Read Only tab. ServerValidationEnabled controls whether a field is validated for a valid value as soon as focus leaves it (fields are always validated before save regardless of this setting). MaxFetchWithoutWarning sets the row-count threshold above which the user gets a Yes/No prompt before fetching more rows.
