A Crystal Report configured for a Quick Report (e.g. a Customer Order Pick List) doesn't display at all when viewed through Quick Reports, even with the selection formula correctly matching the IFS result key. Is Crystal Web Service actually required, or can Crystal reports run without it?

Crystal Web Service (CWS) is a hard requirement for using Crystal Reports at all in IFS Cloud — both for Operational Reports and for Quick Reports — not an optional add-on; without CWS configured, a Crystal-based report simply won't produce output regardless of how correctly everything else (like the selection formula) is set up. If your residency is IFS's fully managed Cloud service, the IFS Cloud Ops team typically handles CWS configuration on your behalf rather than something you set up yourself.
