A Report Rule's Email action always appends an unexpected trailing semicolon to the Attachment name. Is this a bug, or is there a naming syntax being missed?

Check whether the 'To' field in that same action's properties window has a trailing semicolon at the end. Removing the stray trailing semicolon from the 'To' field resolves the unexpected semicolon appearing on the Attachment name as well, since the two fields' parsing appears to be linked in a way that a stray semicolon in one bleeds into the other.
