Description-style text fields where users have used the Tab key for visual formatting (varying numbers of consecutive tab characters) render as effectively unreadable in reports built with IFS Report Designer or Crystal Reports, since the report doesn't reproduce the same tab-stop spacing the original entry screen used. How can this be made readable in a Crystal Reports layout?
The 'Created' date/time shown on Order Reports and other built-in reports always reflects the server's own time, not the requesting user's local timezone. Where is this configured to show the user's own local time instead?
Business Analytics reports published for end users open blank in Excel with no error, but only for users who don't have the BA Excel Add-in installed locally — the assumption was that having the BA Execution Server would eliminate the need for end users to have that add-in installed at all.
If a Crystal Report used as a Quick Report contains sub-reports, does the CR_WEB_INIT initialization procedure need to be added to the sub-report(s) as well as the main report?
An IAL grouping transaction data by YYYYMM works fine, but a second IAL layering totals from the first, or a Quick Report querying it, fails with '(full) year must be between -4713 and +9999 and not be 0' — even though every individual row has been confirmed to have a valid date.
A Crystal Quick Report, working correctly after suffixing its views with _A for the standard IFS aliasing convention, doesn't prompt for a parameter value at runtime even after adding a parameter (like IFS_ORDER_NO) and referencing it in the Select Expert.
Is there a way to make an Output Channel just save a large flat CSV file directly to a local folder, without auto-opening it in Excel first — a user exporting a very large amount of query data finds the auto-open into Excel makes the export take a very long time?
A Quick Report running a Crystal Report keeps prompting for full database Login Information, like username, password, DB instance, and schema owner, every time it's run, rather than authenticating automatically.
A Report Rule meant to default a specific Report Layout template based on which Site is selected, for batch-printing Customer Invoices, doesn't seem to take effect no matter how the expression is written.
A Crystal report built on a custom IAL as its data source works fine standalone but fails previewing inside IFS with a NullReferenceException, even though other Crystal reports on the same Crystal Web Service work correctly. Is using an IAL as the data source for this kind of report the actual problem?
A Report Rule's Email action always appends an unexpected trailing semicolon to the Attachment name. Is this a bug, or is there a naming syntax being missed?
IFS OLAP cube Measures based on SUM aggregation aren't populating in the Sales cube specifically, even though equivalent SUM-based Measures work correctly in the Manufacturing cube, and there's confirmed data present in the Sales-related Data Mart SQL tables. Changing data types on both the SQL table and the cube definition didn't help.
