If the underlying print job shows an error status in Print Manager referencing a PL/SQL LOB-handling failure inside the event action's mail-sending step, this is a known category of IFS Connect/event-action bug around attaching the generated PDF, not a configuration mistake on your side — raise it with support if you hit that specific error pattern. As a more robust alternative regardless, consider using a Report Rule instead of an event action for this kind of report-email scenario: Report Rules are purpose-built for triggering an emailed report (with a custom subject, body, and attachment name) off either an XML data-value condition or a SQL query, and are generally more reliable and feature-rich for this use case than wiring the same behavior through a plain event action.
