Check that the barcode's own container element is sized adequately for the space it actually needs — a barcode can fail to render entirely if its container is too small or too narrow relative to the barcode's rendered width at the current settings, which is a common side effect of repositioning or resizing elements around it. Widening/enlarging the barcode's container is usually what resolves this; these are manual layout adjustments that depend on your specific placement and sizing choices in the new layout.
