In older IFS Application 10, a Business Reporter system parameter (something like 'Enable ALL...') let a report treat an empty parameter value as 'select all' — this parameter doesn't seem to exist in IFS Cloud. How do you get the same 'select all when nothing is entered' behavior in Cloud BR?

This setting moved rather than being removed — in Cloud it's configured on the Information Source Settings page instead of the old BR system-parameter screen. Look there for the equivalent ALL-parameter setup rather than assuming the functionality is gone entirely.
