Is it possible to schedule an Operational Report (like it was possible on IFS10) in IFS Cloud, or is scheduling limited to Quick Reports with a SQL statement?

Operational Reports can be scheduled too — this is done under Order Report, not just through Quick Report scheduling. Quick Reports with a SQL statement aren't the only scheduling path; standard Operational Reports have their own scheduling option available from where you'd normally order/print them.
