Two Print Agents are installed on the same application server (one for each of two separate Middleware Server instances) — starting the second Print Agent causes the first one to stop working, and only one can run at a time.

Answer

Set unique REST_PORT values for each Print Agent instance — by default, multiple Print Agents on the same server will conflict if they're left on the same port, which is exactly what causes starting the second one to knock out the first. Assigning each Print Agent its own distinct REST_PORT number lets both run simultaneously without interfering with each other.
