Can required skills be defined on a maintenance work order's work task, the way they can on a service request's work task?
How do recurring preventive-maintenance criteria actually generate work orders?
Can a permit be attached and required at the individual work-order level, not just the asset?
Lines on a Request Quotation can't be edited the way they can on a standard Service Quotation.
Can a service object be created automatically from a customer order line for a non-serialized part, the same way it works for serialized ones?
Can an equipment object's Object ID be changed after creation, for example when it moves between sites?
Which coordinator gets assigned to an invoice preview generated from a service request, when no default is set at the user level?
A menu option used to trigger condition/criteria-based preventive maintenance generation, but it's missing in Cloud.
Is the Dispatch Console available on an older application generation, or only on the newer Cloud track?
PM Calendar generation fails with ORA-01841 (invalid year) once a PM Plan Horizon's Object Property Value (a hardcoded year like '2024') falls behind — the calculation subtracts the current date from a fixed end-of-year date derived from that year, and it eventually needs bumping forward. Is there a way to make this stay current automatically instead of needing a periodic manual update?
Which logical unit/tab should History Log be set up against to capture changes to an Inventory Part's Safety Stock value?
A Maintenance user can't be selected as a Resource in the Resource Allocation dialog, and the help text points to a 'Scheduling Basic Data' screen that doesn't seem to exist under that name in this version. What's actually missing?
Does the Lot Batch Master screen still exist in Aurena/IFS Cloud, or has it been renamed/replaced?
A Service Resource record ends up in a broken/unusable state (with the underlying 'Scheduling Resource' flag seemingly stuck), even after confirming the user is connected to the correct company resource structure and re-creating the record. How do you reset it and start over cleanly?
Is Object Connection Transformation supported for a Technical Class connection in IFS Cloud, and if not, is there a workaround?
Trying to reposition the Questions and Actions tab lower on a Safety Inspection window (to free up more header space) through Profile > Features doesn't seem to have any effect.
Custom fields added to active work orders (the Active Separate logical unit) don't automatically appear on the corresponding record once the work order completes and moves to Historical Separate — what's the correct way to make sure both the fields and their data carry over to history?
Media/documents added via an Object Connection don't show up on the Serial Object screen, even when tested logged in as the application owner (ruling out a permission issue) — what's actually needed to connect media there?
A custom field added to Active Work Order loses its value once the Work Order is set to Finished, since Finished work orders' data is recreated fresh under the separate Historical Work Order structure rather than simply staying in place. Is there a way to carry a custom field's value across that transition?
A Custom Event/Streams notice is meant to fire when a Historical Work Order gets reopened, but the Status field expected on the Historical Work Order's table doesn't actually appear on that LU, or on the related ActiveSeparate LU, at all — there's no STATUS or ROWKEY-style field to watch there for this purpose.
On Shop Floor Workbench's Materials tab, a red exclamation mark visually flags a material shortage, but there's no obvious database column backing that indicator to build Conditional Formatting against, so the whole row can be highlighted when a shortage exists.
A newly built Permission Set, confirmed to have access to a specific screen and its underlying primary database view, still doesn't enable one specific RMB action on that screen (Transfer to Mobile for a Route), even though the same RMB action works fine for a plain Work Order using the same permission set.
